Shipping policy
At Bometa, we create custom silicone molds made to order. Because each product is unique, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of your design.
Processing Time
All custom orders require a production period before shipping. Production typically takes between 3–7 business days after design confirmation.
For standard (non-custom) products, orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options:
1. Standard Shipping (Post of Serbia)
A cost-effective option with reliable international delivery and tracking.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
2. Express Shipping (DHL / courier service)
A faster and premium delivery option.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- International: 3–7 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Custom Orders
For custom silicone molds, production begins only after design approval. This ensures that the final product meets your expectations.
Because of this, custom orders may require additional processing time.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to customs procedures or courier-related issues beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
