Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for standard (non-custom) products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bometamolds.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PRVOMAJSKA 10, 21311, Cerevic, Serbia
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Custom Products (Important)
Due to the personalized nature of custom silicone molds, all custom-made products (including molds made from your logo, design, or request) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
We work closely with you to confirm all design details before production to ensure satisfaction.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (personalized molds)
- Perishable goods
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is not custom-made and is returned unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
